To commence the feasibility and design process, a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 (inclusive of GST) is required. This fee covers:

• Feasibility Study
• Concept Design for Granny Flat
• Floor Plan
• Soil Survey
• Cash Flow Return Assessment Report

Scope of Initial Engagement:

Our team will provide:

• A feasibility study to determine the suitability of the site for a granny flat.
• A concept design and floor plan for the proposed granny flat.
• A soil survey to assess site conditions.
• A Cash Flow Return Assessment Report outlining potential rental income and expenses.

Payment Terms:

The $2,000 deposit is due upon signing of this agreement. The balance of the project costs will be outlined in a separate contract, should you decide to proceed with construction.
